Connoisseur of textile and apparel
We are a garment manufacturer with Hong Kong Headquarter, with our production facilities in Vietnam and China. Factories in Vietnam are fully owned. Key product is cut-and-sewn knitted garment/fashion.
Our company founder – Mr Wong start his business since 70’s – 80’s. Our team have 30 years experience in garment manufacturing and trading. With our attention on market changes and business trends, we accommodate and modify our business model and our production facilities continuously to enable our strength to face any new challenge throughout all those years.
To provide better service to our customers, we have our own design and development team in Hong Kong to capture market trends and new fashion idea. In cooperation with our fabric and material suppliers result in our long-term business relationship, in turn we get textile information with their support, and, creating our own styling and garment samples. To support the work of design and marketing, we have our own sample room in southern China.

Though vision on global textile and apparel demand, in term of both cost and quality, overseas production shift to Vietnam fully owned facilities

Development team with innovation on fashion and textile design functioning to reinforce the marketing ability of Pearl-Phil
2013
Our China Shanghai team start operating to manage garment and fabric production in Northern China Provinces.
2014
We start to provide “First Sale” for export through our Vietnam Facilities, helping our clients to get saving on import tariff in alegal way
2015
“First Sale” Process extend to most of our clients.
